Your container is unloaded by people we know by name. Our employees are permanently employed, safety-trained and equipped with protective gear. Whoever has been to your site once knows the ramp, the routine and the contact person.
We work wherever you need us: at your ramp, in your yard, in your warehouse. In the Port of Hamburg and the surrounding area. Container release, empty returns and demurrage deadlines stay on our radar.
What we handle
- Unloading
- Cartons, tinned goods, general cargo or pallets: we empty the container quickly and carefully, and set everything down exactly where you need it.
- Loading
- Stowed to make the most of the space and properly secured, so your goods arrive just as they left.
- Transloading
- From container to pallet and back, in whatever order you need it.
- Preparation
- On request we sort to your specifications, stretch-wrap, strap and label.
- Counting & Documentation
- We record piece counts, note anything unusual and photograph damage. You get clean, verifiable documentation.
- Forklift Drivers
- Our qualified forklift drivers keep handling times short and the ramp clear.
